Information you choose to provide

An initial inquiry may include your name, business email, company, role, sector, capital requirement and a non-confidential summary. Do not provide account numbers, credentials, identity documents or sensitive personal information in the public form.

How inquiry information is used

The information is used to assess initial fit, respond to your request, route the inquiry to the relevant team and maintain a record of the conversation. Further diligence requires a separate scope and appropriate information-sharing arrangements.

Access and sharing

Access should be restricted to authorized personnel and service providers supporting the inquiry process. Information may be shared with advisers or counterparties only where appropriate to the engagement and applicable obligations. Do not assume that submitting an inquiry creates an NDA.

Retention and security

Inquiry records should be retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, an active engagement or applicable obligations. The production operator must set and follow its retention schedule, access controls and backup policy. No internet submission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and analytics

This website package does not include advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics. A production operator may use necessary hosting or security technologies. Any later analytics or marketing integrations require a corresponding policy and consent review.
