FOR PROJECT SPONSORS

Make the opportunity
clear from the first conversation.

A concise, honest submission is more useful than a polished pitch with missing fundamentals. Start with who you are, what you are building and why capital is needed.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you submit.

Do I need a finished data room to make contact?

No. A credible overview is enough for an initial fit conversation. Do be clear about which materials are complete and which are still being prepared.

Can an intermediary submit a project?

Yes, for an initial conversation, provided the relationship and authority to represent the sponsor are made clear. Do not imply an exclusive mandate or capital commitment you do not have.

Will Prometheus sign an NDA?

Confidentiality arrangements can be discussed once the relevant parties and scope are established. The public inquiry form should contain only a non-confidential summary.

How much capital can a project request?

State the actual requirement and its use. No blanket sponsor project minimum, maximum or approval promise is made on this site.
